The Company provides consulting services in organizational design, process reengineering, and structural optimization for cross-functional corporations. This includes seminars on operational efficiency, project-based budget allocation, and performance auditing of management teams. Services are provided professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper provision of the service. The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of shared data and to use it only for the agreed purposes. Both parties will act in good faith and with professional diligence.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of the services, provided that due diligence has been exercised. The user assumes responsibility for decisions made based on the recommendations provided.
Prices and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing at the start of each project. In the event of cancellation, the policies established in the corresponding contract will apply. No refunds will be made once the service has commenced, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. The Company reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of a serious breach of these terms by the user.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users via the registered email address or by posting on the website. Continued use of the service will imply acceptance of the modifications.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Azua.
